June 2020 Update:
We are continuing to follow the CDC and AVMA guidelines provided to us to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and clients alike.
We are still accepting patients both established and new. We ask everyone to call ahead for any needs including appointments, medications, and food. Please call from the parking lot when here and a staff member will be out to assist you wearing a mask. Rest assured that we are washing our hands between each interaction with clients and pets.
When scheduling appointments the receptionist may go over a few questions that the doctor will need to know ahead of time. We will also ask for a credit card number to put on file for the appointment as we are only accepting them over the phone. We are not accepting cash or checks at this time.
If we are doing a procedure or appointment that requires paperwork, we will email the paper work to you and ask that you email the signed forms back to us at email@example.com. If you do not see an email, please check your spam folder before calling the office.
We ask that our clients call us from the parking lot when here for appointments. The receptionist will ask for your vehicles make and model and ask for the proper phone number to call once the examination has been done.
For any canine appointments, we will retrieve your pet with our own slip leads (washed after every use) and ask that you unclip your leashes.
For any feline appointments, we will retrieve your pet from your vehicle. We do ask that you disinfect the carrier before coming to the office.We will then bring the patient inside to be examined and the attending Doctor will call with all exam findings. Any other questions or concerns may be discussed at that time. Once the appointment/phone call is through, the assistant/technicians will bring your pet back to you and the receptionist will email your paid invoice along with any certificates or paperwork you will need.
We are doing our best to minimize exposure, so unfortunately, at this time we are not making technician appointments for solely nail trims, unless medically necessary. We apologize for the inconvenience.
