In Case of Emergency
Daily - Anytime during normal office hours call us at 203-846-3495.
After hours – Call the VREC in Norwalk at 203-854-9960.
For emergencies with exotic pets call Shoreline emergency in Stratford at 203-375-6500.

Monday & Thursday 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Doctors Appointment hours
Monday & Thursday 8:30 - 6:30 PM
Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 8:30 - 5:30 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM
We see patients by appointment only. We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. In case of emergency we will see your pet immediately; however, please call to let us know you are coming so we can save precious minutes preparing for your critical pet’s arrival.

Day Patient, Surgery & Dentistry Admission Hours
Monday - Friday 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM.
We ask that you give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.
All pets admitted for day procedures must be current on their vaccinations.

Hospitalization
Inquiries concerning hospitalized pets should be made after 9 AM Monday-Saturday.
Sunday we will call with a hospital report. If there is an unexpected change of a critical nature, the Doctor will contact you immediately. Because we have no overnight staff, we may recommend that critical pets be transferred to the Veterinary Referral And Emergency Center in Norwalk for overnight care. Visitation is allowed and often encouraged; please check with the attending Doctor.

Fees
Full payment for services is due at the end of each office visit or when your hospitalized pet is discharged. A deposit may be required on hospitalized pets.
We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and debit cards.

Directions
From the Merritt heading North:
Take Exit 38; make a left off the ramp.
BRAH is about 1 ½ miles on the right side (just past Kartele phone and across from the Fire Station)
From the Merrit heading South:
Take Exit 38: make a right off the ramp.
BRAH is about 1 ½ miles on the right side (just past Kartele phone and across from the Fire Station)
From I-95 both North and South:
Take Exit 15 (Route 7 connector).
Take Exit 2 off Route 7; make a right at the end of the ramp.
Go under the over pass to the next light (you will be facing Wendy’s).
Make a right, BRAH is about 1 block up on the left side just past the Mobil Gas Station.
