Petly Pet Portal

A Petly Portal is a personal website that give you secure online access to your pet's health care information. Your Petly Portal helps you manage your pet's health care, medication schedule, communicate with us online and learn more about your pet's individual health care.

You can use your Petly Portal to:

  • Request appointments
  • Request boarding reservations
  • Receive email reminders and check reminder status for vaccinations, examinations and testing
  • Keep us current on your contact information

Getting started is easy. All you need to do is provide us with your current email address. You then will receive a welcome email with all the information needed to log in. Please note: your email will never be sold or shared. Your Petly Portal information will never be viewed by others.

You can also sign up by visiting our hospital or calling us on the phone at 203-846-3495. Just give the receptionist your email address and tell them you would like to sign up for your petly portal. Once you provide us with your email address you'll receive your petly portal password by email.
