Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

We see patients by appointment only. Arrangements can also be made to drop off your pet and leave him with us for an appointment. Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. For your pet's safety, we request your dog to be leashed and your cat brought in a carrier.

Scheduled admission times are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM

Hospitalization
Since we do not have an overnight staff, we may recommend that critical pets be transferred to a 24-hour facility for overnight care. Visitation is allowed and often encouraged. Please check with the attending doctor for more information.

Fees
Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), CareCredit, checks, and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

Privacy Policy
We do not sell or share client information. We do occasionally work with animal health companies to offer discount coupons and other promotions for products and services that we believe are beneficial to our patients. We do not disclose your personal information.

Emergencies
During regular hospital hours, call us at (203) 846-3495​​​​​​​. In the case of an emergency, we will see your pet immediately. Please call first to let us know that you are coming.
