Please read below for the updated guidelines set to begin Monday, March 14, 2022:
We are opening our doors to pet parents who would prefer to join in on their pets visit with a veterinarian. We are able to allow one masked family member in the exam room per appointment. We still ask that you call us from the parking lot when you have arrived. Your veterinary assistant will meet you outside of your vehicle in the spot number provided to the receptionist, with your pet out of the vehicle properly restrained and ready to head into the hospital.
When the appointment is through, the assistant will assist you out to your vehicle. We still require a form of payment on file and will email your receipt once your invoice has been processed.
**For anyone who would prefer to continue all appointments curbside, the option is still available and all guidelines remain the same. If clients have been exposed to a positive person or have symptoms of Covid we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
All appointments both in person and curbside are still asked to fill out the appropriate form for your pets visit.
We continue to follow the CDC and AVMA guidelines provided to us. To ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and clients alike, we must currently limit the in person visits to veterinarian visits only. Technician appointments along with food and medication pick will remain curbside.
We are still accepting patients both established and new. We ask everyone to call ahead for any needs including appointments, medications, and food. Please call from the parking lot when here and a staff member will be out to assist you wearing a mask. Rest assured that we are washing our hands between each interaction with clients and pets.
When scheduling appointments, the receptionist will email you a link to our website forms to go over a few questions that the doctor will need to know ahead of time. It is very important to have the forms submitted before your appointment time. We will also ask for a credit card number to put on file for the appointment as we are only accepting them over the phone. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If we are doing a procedure or an appointment that requires paperwork, we will email you the link to the proper forms to submit. You can also find the forms in the top right corner drop down menu. If you are experiencing any issues submitting your form, please call 203-846-3495 for assistance. If you do not see an email from us in a timely manner, please check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your contacts before calling the office.
We ask that our clients call us from the parking lot when here for appointments. We have implemented spot numbers to make things run smoother for all. The receptionist will ask for the proper phone number to call once the examination has been done.
For any canine appointments, we will retrieve your pet with our own slip leads (washed after every use) and ask that you remove your pet from your vehicle and un-clip your leashes once we’ve successfully secured a slip lead.
For any feline appointments, we will retrieve your pet from you whilst standing outside of your vehicle. We do ask that you disinfect the carrier before coming to the office.
We will then bring the patient inside to be examined and the attending Doctor will call with all exam findings. Any other questions or concerns may be discussed at that time. Once the appointment/phone call is through, the assistant/technicians will bring your pet back to you and the receptionist will email your paid invoice along with any certificates or paperwork you will need.

We see patients by appointment only. Arrangements can also be made to drop off your pet and leave him with us for an appointment. Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. For your pet's safety, we request your dog to be leashed and your cat brought in a carrier.

Scheduled admission times are Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM
Please give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. All pets admitted for day procedures must be current on their vaccinations. If you are unsure of your scheduled admission time, please call (203) 846-3495
Inquiries concerning hospitalized pets should be made after 9 AM Monday through Saturday. On Sundays, we will call you with a hospital report. If there is a change of a critical nature, the doctor will contact you immediately. Since we do not have an overnight staff, we may recommend that critical pets be transferred to a 24-hour facility for overnight care. Visitation is allowed and often encouraged. Please check with the attending doctor for more information.

Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), CareCredit, checks, and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
We do not sell or share client information. We do occasionally work with animal health companies to offer discount coupons and other promotions for products and services that we believe are beneficial to our patients. We do not disclose your personal information.
During regular hospital hours, call us at (203) 846-3495. In the case of an emergency, we will see your pet immediately. Please call first to let us know that you are coming.
